Sound Baths offer a deeply relaxing and transformative experience, where the healing power of sound washes over you. Using instruments like gongs, handpans, and singing bowls, this soothing session creates resonant vibrations that promote relaxation, stress relief, and inner balance. Participants lie back and absorb the therapeutic sounds, allowing the waves of tone and frequency to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.

HARMONICA SYMPHONY

Harmonica Symphony is a musical experience where each participant receives a harmonica and is guided step-by-step by expert facilitators to create soulful music and melodic tunes together. This engaging act combines the joy of learning, the thrill of collaboration, and the magic of music, leaving participants with a sense of accomplishment and connection. (Harmonicas will be given away to the participants due to hygiene reasons)
